The new Axess TICKET FRAME 600 sets new standards. The design suggests a picture frame, perfectly hanging on the wall. When not in operation, art or other motives can be displayed. Inside it hides a whole range of functions. Entry tickets, day passes or other tickets can be loaded in seconds with this new machine.
Access to the venue, leisure site or ropeway is immediately given free at the entry. Without an existing card, a voucher with QR-code is printed. The ticket can be collected afterwards at the Axess PICK UP BOX 600. Both processes take place without contact with people. Meaning health protection and minimizing the infection risk with the Coronavirus. Incidentally, it is clearly the fastest way to get a ticket on site. 24 hours a day.

Ticket machine for the self-collection of prepaid tickets - The customer can personally collect tickets ordered online in the Axess webshop or in the Axess CONNECT.APP in seconds at the venue from the Axess PICK UP BOX 600. This makes queuing at tills a thing of the past. The operator benefits from satisfied customers and quicker ticket issuing combined with minimum costs.
The space-saving and robust construction enables simple installation and integration on site. Thanks to the usual modular construction of Axess, the Axess PICK UP BOX 600 is also easy and autonomous to maintain and can be easily retrofitted with technical innovations.
Stress-free sales via the internet are in vogue more than ever. The Axess WEBSHOP is an online ticketing solution that can be integrated into your own website. This is a “fully responsive” and convenient sales point where guests can easily book tickets and services. The web store was developed by our in-house software development team and is therefore perfectly integrated into the Axess system. Upon arrival on-site, visitors can obtain their tickets at the cash register, at the Axess PICK UP BOX 600 or the Axess TICKET KIOSK 600. If guests are already regular customers, they can recharge their Axess SMART CARD in the webshop via the WTP number and immediately have a valid ticket. The Axess Web Ticketing Program (WTP sales) supplements the choice of products with an online ticketing function for B2C and B2B.
Axess SMART RESERVATION is the innovative reservation system for various applications. It offers you a back office solution to create and manage
inquiries and reservations.This web-based application doesn’t require any additional installation. Your guest has a confirmed place in the cable car at
a particular time, in the car of a tourist train or in a limited group for a tour.The inquiries from all sales channels are automatically transferred into the SMART RESERVATION MANAGER software. This is where a reservation is created, edited or changed. When the process is finished, SMART RESERVATION generates and sends the reservation confirmation.With SMART RESERVATION, you always have a clear overview of all reservations and bookings. Reservations for larger groups are a easily done with the group reservation feature. B2B partners (such as travel agencies) get their own login and can autonomously make their reservations in the RESERVATION MANAGER.
