Set-up and dismantling passes: Stand constructors do not require stand construction and dismantling passes.
Stand design: All stand systems require stand partition walls and a floor covering. For two-storey structures, 50% of the rental price of the floor area is charged for the walkable area. A two-storey construction can only be approved in agreement with the Exhibition Management and the Building Regulations Office of the City of Essen. It is not possible in all halls due to varying hall heights.
General access to the exhibition centre: We charge a deposit of 200 euros for entry to the exhibition centre.
